Allan & Evelyn Berry of WestCoast Shutters Blinds & Closets are excited to announce their move to a new modern showroom at Metral Station Shopping Centre.
From our meagre beginnings manufacturing custom wooden window shutters here in Nanaimo, we have grown to offer a huge selection of window coverings from a wide range of manufacturers. We are also proud to be selected as central Vancouver Islands only Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealership.
The Gallery dealership gives our customers a true understanding of what window coverings will look and perform like in their home. We have always tried to go above and beyond what the competition has to offer both in product and service. There are products for any budget, from aluminum blinds to full motorization and drapery.
We also showcase custom designed melamine closet organization and storage solutions in a wide variety of colours and finishes. All closets are manufactured in the lower mainland using the best quality board on the market to ensure your system is functional, maintains its appearance and lasts a lifetime.

Allan
Allan Berry started WestCoast Shutters Blinds & Closets out of his garage in 2002. Through a lot of hard work, he has built his business to its current successful state. With extensive contacts in the business, Allan has ensured the WestCoast Shutters is current and trendy with our entire product offering. Allan’s extensive experience in the industry means you get quality products, accurate quotes and prompt and friendly service.
Allan enjoys a number of sports, recently taking up the exiting and high risk sport of kite boarding. Allan originates from North Vancouver and has enjoyed living in BC for all of his life. |

Evelyn
Evelyn Berry, with her bubbly personality and impeccable taste is the design coordinator behind WestCoast Shutters. With a diploma from Sheffield School of Interior Design, and an award of merit, she excels in intelligent and classy designs. She can make any window beautiful with a wide array of custom solutions provided by WestCoast Shutters Blinds & Closets.
Evelyn was born and raised on the island, and has become an expert in juggling the demands of running a business and raising her family. |

Heather Martin
Heather brings her warm, friendly personality to her design consultations and enthusiasm to her clients’ projects. She studied Interior Design at B.C.I.T. and Graphic Design at Vancouver Island University. By combining her talent in design, her creativity and vision she succeeds in blending functionality with beauty to meet her clients’ needs.

Jaye Park
Jaye has always had an interest in Interior Decorating and the study of Feng Shui. In 2005 Jaye was formally trained and certified as a Feng Shui Consultant. She has chosen a primary focus on Western and Intuitive Feng Shui. When Jaye is not working she spends the remainder of her time enjoying family and friends as well as her love for the outdoors and gardening. |

Lindsey English
Lindsey has always had a passion for interior design. Before Westcoast she worked for a kitchen cabinet company as a kitchen designer. Lindsey has also worked as an interior decorator, consulting with clients on all the finishing touches and creating custom draperies and roman shades. In her spare time Lindsey enjoys spending time with family and friends. |
